Detailed Description
This Kawai HAT7 was built in the late 1990’s, and has a compact cabinet which is 113cm in height. The included Kawai Silent System allows the player to silence the acoustic sound by pushing down the middle pedal (which activates a silent bar that stops the hammers hitting the strings), and then practice through headphones – great for not disturbing the neighbours.
The Silent System includes options for changing the reverb, as well as having recording functionality alongside a built-in metronome. The acoustic sound is balanced and clear, and the action is quick and responsive.
Overall this piano is in excellent, refurbished condition, and ideal for learning students, particularly where space is limited. It has been maintained and tuned to the highest standards, and will give many more decades of good service in the future.
