Yamaha Digital Pianos for everyone.

Yamaha Digital Pianos

How does a digital piano work?

Typically lighter on the pocket and more compact in size (and in many cases far more portable) than their traditional acoustic counterparts, digital pianos don’t have strings.

Instead, they work by using a computer that relays recordings of an acoustic piano. This, combined with weighted keys, helps to accurately simulate the same feel and sound as a traditional piano.

Why choose a Yamaha digital piano?

Yamaha has been leading the way with digital pianos for many years. Pairing their vast experience in manufacturing acoustic pianos with cutting-edge technology, they produce digital pianos that not only look the part but sound it too.

A digital piano is an excellent choice for anyone. But they are particularly good for those seeking modern-day conveniences – such as being able to put on headphones and practise privately or to shut out distractions, adjust volume, and not have to worry about the time and expense of tuning.

Struggle to read sheet music? With a Yamaha digital piano, you can connect to any of your handheld devices to access all manner of clever apps, specially designed to offer assistance.
